1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IndTrain ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

IndTrain is a free, independent information service that displays Indian Railways train schedules, fares and live running status. We are not affiliated with Indian Railways, IRCTC, NTES or any government body. All train timings, fares and live status information shown is indicative and sourced from public data; it may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.

3. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of any information displayed. Always confirm timings, platform numbers, availability and fares from official sources before travelling.

4. Limitation of Liability

IndTrain shall not be liable for any loss, damage, missed journeys, financial loss or inconvenience caused by reliance on information displayed on the Service. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt its availability, scrape data at abusive rates, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Automated access should respect ourrobots.txt.

6. Intellectual Property

The IndTrain name, design and code are owned by the Service operator. Train data originates from public Indian Railways sources and remains the property of its respective owners.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
